Hi, I am the admin of this group, I edited your post here to make your link... a link.
The procedure is easy, select the text you want to link, than with the text selected go on the toolbar of the editing meny, and click on the link icon (like two elemoents of a chain link) and that opens a menu, you pate there the link address, than hit 'save' .
The ext to be linked it is not necesarely to be the link itself (as it is now) but anything else you write you can also select and link it using the correct hyperlink address.
