has anybody tried to simulate a model made in PLA or ABS? I'm having issues at setting the material properties in Engineering Data step, because printed parts might not be completely filled and have a different orientation of filament.

You need to print few simple shape specimens with different orientation using you 3d printer and test it to determine material properties. I did it for Stratasys FDM few years ago.
Yeah, I can know the tensile strenght in parallel and perpendicular to the filament direction, also the flex modulus and flexion strenght by the seller datasheet. I just need to know how to set these parameters in ANSYS.

@Valerij, ANSYS Additive print does not support Fdm Process. It supports only two AM categories.
I just wanted to run a FEM simulation and I am having issues at the engineering data step.
I am also having the same situation. I wanted to make PLA samples for compression testing but I don't know what properties I should add in simulation software to simulate the process.
I try to use the seller datasheet from materials (I am using BQ PLA filament),, but I think the data they supply is not enough.
ANSYS Workbench only requires Young's Modulus and Poisson's ratio for a linear model. For a linear model, you'll need a experimental stress-strain curve to implement (for example) a BISO or MISO plasticity model. A tensile test should provide at least a rudimentary dataset.
I am finally modelling it as an Orthotropic Eslastic material, using the results of the strain-stress test from the PLA manufacturer and a Poisson of 0.4 for every direction.
