Autodesk Fusion 360 proficient

There are softwares that COULD do it without an expensive 3D scanner. I think autodesk remake is the most suited, however, the results in my experience is most often crap. It's a relatively simple model, I'd suggest modeling it! Take some pictures from the side, up top, do some measurements and you'll be done in about 15 min.

For Fusion 360, you need to:

• Have the dimensions of the subject body.
• Make the vase with 3D modelling
• create the groove as another 3D model.
• subtract the groove model from the vase model
• circular array the cut groove feature.
• Apply the required Appearance (Colors)
• Have fun
