So, I've simulated the force load from the top side and it looks like at ~40,000N steel material will start to deform plastically, so until this force value you will stay in the elastic limit. There will be some local area with stress exceed, but those are not relevant.

Yes, you are right. But you need to know that this is really the limit of the elasticity. If you will go higher, the structure will start to deform permanently. I would go with a little bit lower load to be on the safe side, for example 3,500kg or to create better structure. One more point, I've simulated it with a static force, it would be necessary to simulate it in a transient simulation with some seismic load.
