Currently I'm working on a project of comparing the results between Flow Over A Solid Cylinder and Flow over a Solid Cylinder with a spring attached to it vertically (both cases at Re=200). I had no issue while performing the 1st case but in the 2nd case I need to integrate a spring vertically to the cylinder in order to perform flow induced vibrations on that cylinder but I'm unable to. Can anyone list down the procedures for doing the same?
