Does anyone know How to Create Taper Helical Screw Flat and Its Development in Creo please drop Tutorial or Share link!?!

Sample is attached.
apparently this can be done in solidworks but unfortunately i'm not familiar with that software, If any one can guide me for the same in creo it will be much helpful.
