Yes sir, currently I am focusing on Indian market only and have made changes to my earlier post.

I understand about the sensitivity of the salary cap sir, but I felt certain conclusions might not be that solid if this particular question had an option like 'prefer not to say' or something similar. Thus I removed such an option.
