Hello,

Any tips for getting Workbench to create usable BOM's? I could see this being a useful tool, but it doesn't seem to work for most assembles.

Talking about File Options >> View Bill Of Materials... (on .sldasm in my case)


I'm not sure why some work or not. But it seems to work if I created a BOM in SolidWorks for a particular assembly. And the GC BOM does not show up if I didn't.


You could test that theory with an assembly that where the command currently does not work. If you are using something other than SolidWorks assemblies, then could still test it?
