Buckle replacement part for Acerbis Impact Evo knee guards. I have designed it in AutoCAD to replace one lost buckle which is not available to buy. Then it was manufactured in 3D printing service.

Useful replacement for buckles of Acerbis knee protectors. Tested by usage.

Turn indicator lens AP8224258 replacement

Replacement of part AP8224258 for Aprilia Pegaso 650 i.e. Should be printed from transparent polycarbonate filament. Model may be updated soon after printing and fitting on my Pegaso. Possibly will fit on other Italian motorbikes and scooters where part AP8224258 is applied. Model done in AutoCAD...

Tested on my bike as well. But not so good without proper material selection.

Bushing for Aprilia clutch lever AP8118432

This Bushing for Aprilia Pegaso 650 clutch lever AP8118432 is very primitive part. It's needed to replace woren bushing by 3d-printed one without purchasing whole new lever. Iside hole diameter is set to 6,2mm because of 3d printing tolerance inaccuracy (fixing it with round rasp on picture :) )....

Originally this part done from cast plastic, and not very long-living. 3D-printed ABS replacement is not good for sure, but can be used temporary while you are searching for original one. Tested by my friend on his Pegaso :)
