I am currently engaged in a mold design project for a component referred to as the "Support Cross", which serves as a structural element in a motor mount assembly. As part of this project, I am seeking guidance and technical support in the areas of:

Design for Manufacturing (DFM): To ensure the part is optimized for injection molding, with considerations for manufacturability, cost-efficiency, and defect prevention.
Mold Flow Analysis (MFA): To simulate and evaluate the flow behavior of the molten material within the mold, identify potential issues such as weld lines, air traps, and warpage, and refine the mold design accordingly.
