Hi
I recently design quadcopter wing in SolidWorks and when take out the 3d print of the model, Below issues were happened. Can some explain that this is issue of the model or 3d printer?
Can you share a closer pic of those features ??? Kinda hard to see properly whats going on up there.
Share your 3d model as well, so that we can analyze the model is that enough to print or need any support during printing.

Attach the clear image of your printed model and show what's wrong in printing?
Upon seeing your assembly file I saw that you've simply placed those rod parts into the aerofoil part. While slicing this will lead to issues, because the software still acknowledges those parts as different objects and tries to print them that way !!
You don't want that, what you want is a single uniform body for 3d printing with no meshing issues, no trapped volumes.
You can refer Youtube videos regarding videos about merging bodies for 3d printing.
