I need a machine/robot to control the depth and slope of a 60m x 30m steel plate. Any suggestions?
It is massive, AH36 0.5" plate. It's essentially a barge deck. The buoyant compartment design is in process to reduce cost
The design is currently a 60m x 30m - 0.5" thick steel plate welded to pontoons for buoyancy. There are winches between the pontoons, Four winches are used to control the depth and angle of the plate and the other four winches are part of a regenerative braking system connected to a 50m x 20m x 2m float above the plate. It started as a modified submersible barge design, but this system does not need nearly as much lift as the float is low density
i am buildup straight pipe auto welding machine
my job is flour mill spouting size like
dia 120mm od 1.2mm ms thik
please help me..any idea....
Let the waves move up and down. (gravity is free)
fix the plate (with a lip) in position. Use the water pressure as the waves recede to spin generator(s). simple only the generators move, but you really don't even need a plate for this. just a wall along a beach that rests on the bottom and the top is buoyant at a level just beneath the waves.
the outflow should spin the generator(s) quite well.
