Is it a plan or option to provide a square platfom, standing on four small vibration dampers as support legs?

No, it is like the AGV robotic system system where the all-wheel drive tires are suspended on the chassis frame which is up to a capacity of 200kg

We can use springs, dampers, pneumatic cylinders etc

Maybe we can just borrow something from NASA or DARPA, and start to modify or improve to fit the application.
