You can't give thickness 10.7mm in thees areas (see pictures), change geometry.
if this part is vacuum forming tooling just make it like in attached file.

Yeah for 10cm you need to do bit extra work

all comes down to badly applied fillets
1. Your sketches are mess, fix them first, if you need to use spline connecting to arc make sure you have tangential constrain otherwise you will get sharp edge (bad for fillets), also sketch patterns - avoid them if you can, and one sketch profile per feature don't make them more complicated then it needs to
2. try applying fillets as you add features don't add them just at very end of your design.
3. get in habit of selecting each edge you need fillet on, and watch how SW is selecting the tangent edges it will stop in problem areas. DO NOT add fillets by selecting surfaces instead of edges
4. If designing symmetric part use mirror
