Hi everyone , I try to drawing the 3D with the Solidworks or UG software. but I don‘t know how to do it. it is really hard for me.
if you know please tell me how to do it. Thank you so much.
A is Variable -angle (X-15°)
B is Fixed-angle 60°

I think the B answer as this is. The A question is quite difficult.

Hello James
I propose to solve the case of variable angle with a LOFT. I had no luck getting it set up with a few sketches (sections) of steps, but with a few every 90 degrees of the spirals (guide curves) it seems to work "reasonably well".
Hope this can help you,
Greetings
PS: I also liked @Phan Nguyen Ngoc Hien's idea, but the one I propose can be used to solve both cases, although it is not as fast as I would like.

I did this archimedes wind mill, I hope it helps.

Wind turbine "A" my way
This modified @Phan Nguyen file, bit messy now but shows you one way of doing it
btw..
Which side of this turbine is the front facing the wind ? anyone knows ?

Here is one way of doing it in Solidworks 2014:
