I am trying to Flatten this Sheet Metal part , but SOLIDWORKS shows the error. Can any one tell the solution to this problem?

you should check bend allowance first if bend is 90 degree set to bend deduction or bend allowance but if bend is under or over 90 degree use the K - factor.
if still have problem you should edit flange profile .

Without seeing your design tree, or possibly even looking at a copy of your model, it's tough to say what is causing your issue.
