It is a very simple object. Based on other models in your profile, there should be no trouble building it in SOLIDWORKS.
Given this is the Tutorial group, what portion of the model are you having trouble with? I'm sure we can tutor you right through it.

There is no need to bend anything. The smaller, side view of the model is what you sketch. The larger, isometric view is giving all the dimensions.
A basic outline is shown in the attached image. My model is very rough with no dimensions, relations, or detail features like the holes and fillets, you'll want to make use of those.
I had a few minutes this morning and made a model with actual dimensions. The countersink comes out way oversized if left at .75", so I reduced mine to .55" to make it look a little more like the image.
