Any known fixes for the "bootstrap" error after fresh installation of GrabCad Print?

I got a new PC, installing software like SolidWorks.... no problem. But when I install GrabCad Print, is says there has been a successful install. But after it tries to start for a few minutes, I end up with an error message that says, "Cannot bootstrap application. See logs for more details." I've installed it about 6 times after reboots, even downloaded the latest installer: GrabCAD-Print-Installer-PerMachine.exe 1.99.7.51563
I meet all the req's... here's the specs for my PC:
Windows 11 Pro... all drivers up to date.
256 GB RAM DDR5 5600MHZ
AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO 7975WX 32-Cores 4.00 GHz
AMD Radeon PRO W7900 48GB GDDR6
Mobo= Pro WS WRX90E-SAGE SE
