Can I use solidworks in two monitors?

Yes. However, not every workstation GPU has two outputs. My FX580 has only one DVI, the old FX3400 had two DVI connectors...

I've seen it done before but I think you need a third party software to kind of trick SolidWorks. Try searching for UltraMon.
