convert to sheet metal and flatten (solidworks)
I have created a loft between two rings in that are in 2 different planes. the rings have a little cut in them so that they can be flattened when converted into sheet metal but I am failing to convert them to sheet metal. Kindly help and guide me.

Hi ! You might use the sheet metal transition function between 2 opened sketch profiles.

Maybe try it this way. I couldn't get it to flatten either the way its modeled.
