Design a coupling for hollow shafts that permits 90° angular deflection + free rotation while providing an unobstructed central channel for wire routing

Design Requirements Summary:
1 Connect two hollow shafts
(axial connection)
2 Allow unlimited relative rotation
(free rotational movement)
3 Compensate 90° angular misalignment
(like a universal joint)
4 Maintain a continuous pass-through channel
(for routing bare wires/cables through shafts)
5 Avoid blocking wire path
(critical limitation of standard U-joints)

you need to hire people to do the design.

My solution: Two rubber pipes for flexibility. One with the same diameter as the cable duct and one with a larger diameter. Steel rings are inserted between the pipes to prevent the rubber from kinking at a 90 degree angle. See photos in the appendix.
