Do CAM in AD fusion works well with a slow internet connection?
I want to choose which CAM software to use with a 4 GB RAM and a unstable internet connection.

No. Based on previous experience, it works horribly. If you have a dodgy internet connection, I would recommend a physical hookup with the machine.
