Does anyone know where the feature manager is?

So don't even see the 3 arrow tab anywhere. Maybe its just something stupid I cant figure out or need to reinstall. This is in an assembly if I open a part everything is fine. Thanks

Weird. Try pressing F9 to toggle the tree on/off

Otherwise, go up to Window, choose Close All, Select Yes if prompted to save anything. Close SW. Reopen SW.
