Drawingless documentation in Solidworks using MBD and excell

Hello, do anyone has some concept of paperless documentation in solidworks? I am using MBD and trying to figure out how to add some simple excell tabs that shows all the information about the model. I could use some ideas for inspiration. I am student from highschool.
