how to unbend pipe?

    Hello Abbas,
    are you thinking to make holes on a full bended tube, right ?
    Some holes are just over the bend or too near to the bend.

    In any case, consider neutral axis lenght of the complete bended tube.

Most of the standard Cad applications do not come with a particular tool for straightening bent pipes similar to the standard sheet metal tools. I have attached a document that outlines the process I use to approximate this using different part configurations
