Flatten cylindrical part with bends and cutouts??

Cylindrical parts can only be flattened if there is a seam or by creating a seam.

Hi @cole Hardcastle , it seems the problem statement for you is generating of the blank size.
The part you have created is a solid part in solid work. First extract its surface and then flatten it. I did it and it was done.
But you have some problem geometry in it. Means there are some negative faces creating self intersecting surfaces. But still the blank is generated. Hope it will help....
