Help convert 3ds to iges

Could you all help convert 3ds to iges format
i am using inv 2010

File opened up in Rhino. Use drop down menu to save as .iges ?

The .3ds file is corrupt as it is and will not result in a decent IGES file. Look at the attachment. Do you have a better file?
