Hollow square connected to a hollow circle

Can someone show me a screen cast on how to do this, following the video above I was not able to get it to work.

I do not use Fusion 360 but there is a 'Loft' feature which is very likewise to solidworks.

You want to grab the edge of the square, the edge of the circle, and then guide them together in a manner that best fits your needs.
