how can i add this icons into my bar?

I want add these icons to my bar, but i don't know how. Would anyone help ?

The one on the right is the "standard views toolbar". There are several ways to add it, easiest might be View - Toolbars
The left one looks like a custom tool bar. Is that a perspective view toggle? And a realview toggle? You can either create a custom toolbar, or add those buttons to any existing toolbar via the Customize option when you right click a toolbar.
If your version of SW has a View (heads up) toolbar, those buttons are already in it under the View Settings button.
