How do I make a 3d model without curves through loft or boundary boss bass command?

I have tried to make the attached part through loft boss/bass and boundary boss/bass but couldnt. I dont want the curves.

Hello!
I did these operations (loft and boundary boss) in a SolidWorks 2017 file. Try opening it and see if it looks the same as in the figure.
