Step 1: Enable Toolbox Add-in
1. Open SolidWorks.
2. Go to Tools → Add-ins.
3. check SolidWorks Toolbox and SolidWorks Toolbox Browser in the Add-ins window.
4. Click OK.
Step 2: Open Toolbox and Insert Spur Gear
1. Open a new Assembly or Part file.
2. Go to Design Library on the right side of the interface.
3. Click on Toolbox → ISO Standard → Power Transmission.
4. Open the Spur Gears folder and select the appropriate gear.
5. Drag and drop it into your model.
