How rotary motion converted to the linear motion ?

Hi Everybody, does anybody know what is the mechanism used in that video to convert rotary motion to the linear motion ? I think it is kind of ball screw mechanism but it seems a bit different. Waiting for the comments of the experienced people in this kind of mechnaisms.

Simple, For repetative linear motion : go for slider-crank mechanism or scotch yoke mechanism, and for continuous mechanism rack and pinion or screw mechanism
