how to calculate weight of the part model using solidworks?
SolidWorks evaluates mass of the part, does it equivalent to the weight of the part? whether the mass of the part can be assumed for cost calculation? is it applicable for practical use?

Isn't mass equal to weight (assuming that gravity remains constant)?
The mass calculation is accurate if you have used an accurate value for the density of the part.
I see no reason to not interchange mass and weight in this situation. Unless your part is going to another planet, or the calculations and accuracy are so precise to depend on variations in gravity due to location, then I think the mass value will be fine.
