How to collaborate with other Solidworks Designers when company wont provide PDM.

I really miss TeamCenter lately. I ave been facing difficulties while trying to collaborate with other Solidworks Designers in the same office. The company wont provide PDM yet. I need some tips and tricks for doing without.

GrabCAD's Workbench.

If you have SW, also you have Workgroup PDM for 10 user. You must just check in Instalation Manager.
