How to get the design done for Bezel/frame red one attached herewith, can someone help?

Looking for a similar enclosure frame/bezel shown in the attachment for my 3d printing. Looks easy for a professional to model this. Can go freelancing route to get this done.

the dimension mentioned on the drawing/image attached herewith will be provided. can also provide original .dwg and dxf files. consider only the frame/bezel, thats the only requirement. please ignore other pieces
