How to make a proper thread Mates in Solidworks
I've been struggling with aligning threads in my assembly for a while now.
They look aligned but the moment I start rotating the screw/rod the alignment is gone. The assembly and all needed files are attached. Please help.

Hello Abdullah,
The problem here has an easy solution: select other geometry instead of the two axis.
The preferred geometry for selection in this type of mate is to select two cylindrical faces, of the opposite parts/bodies.
