You can model the Bicycle frame by
1)Create a path
-for same CS area (use sweep and draw the profile )
for varying CS area ( use Swept blend tool and there you can create different cross sections)
2)Create other component as part model
If you are strong in your basics in modelling u can easily design it
PAD , REVOLVE ,SWEEP, HOLE ,ROUND ,CHAMFER, MIRROR PATTERN
BY using this tools u can build up a bicycle parts
U CAN assemble them in assembly section
