How to move an sub assy up in the tree with other sub assys in SW
I can drag an item in the tree of SW any where I want as long as it isn't an assy or if the part is going next to a sub assy.
If I drag it next to a sub assy it thinks I want it to be apart of that sub assy.

It's the alt key. If you alt-drag the part over the assembly name, you will see the icon change to an arrow just like you see when reordering parts.
If you hold a key while draging, it will move the selected assy. That assy will stay at the same level. If my memory is good, it is ctrl or is it alt?
