How to solve a self intersecting loft in SW ?
I have to model a propeller based on a certain airfoils for a School Projet. After importing the airfoils, I've tried to Loft the Sketchs of each profils along the propeller but with no success : "This feature cannot be created because it would produce self-intersecting geometry.". I have been struggling with it for a couple of hours ... I hope somebody can find a solution.

I have the same problem. I tried to follow the tips mentioned here but it did not work out. Loft is doing well until curve22 and curve 23. When I include them, "This feature cannot be created because it would produce self-intersecting geometry." error appears. I hope there is someone to help me...
Try lofting less airfoils, not all at once. Check if this is okay, it's made is SW2017.
