How to turn off email notifications for Workbench?
Whenever I make a change in Workbench ie. uploading, changing revisions...etc., every user receives an email. This is filling up users email boxes and will soon drive them crazy. Thank you for your help.

In your profile settings there's a 'workbench' tab which doesn't look much like a tab, but you can customize your notification settings in there.
Here is a screen-capture of how to locate "Email Notifications": Couldn't get picture to insert here. So here it goes:
In the upper right-hand corner, click on your profile-picture/Settings/Workbench and voila...
