How to un-stuck parts at conveyor?
1. Cylindrical parts always stuck when forming 2 pcs in a row
2. Prefer a mechanism which can break the stuck parts
3. Total of 1800 pcs in a single flow conveyor
4. Part is in cylindrical steel part of diameter 35mm and height about 50mm and weighs approximately 300g per piece.
5. The product per minute is 100-120 parts.

Have you tried putting a divider before reaching certain location in that way you create a disruption in the flow and the parts continue flowing. Also on the sides adjust your angles so that one begins after the other in that way the parts start shifting earlier on one side and then on the other side almost like a zigzag.
