How to work with Keyshot when the software background is black and doesn't change?
At the moment that I open the keyshot the background goes black and it does't change even if I import a new file

might be driver problem
even if keyshot doesn't use GPU for renders it need it to display things
-> so, try to update your graphic card drivers
its a software issue
