CadCloud is competently correct for Solidworks as well as inventor. The quickest method is to create your parts then apply an image file as a decal. Because you want this image to wrap around something round you should pick to apply the decal as cylindrical mapping under the mapping tab. You may find that the image appears skewed which can be corrected by either editing the image to suit the parts (this is not suggested as it could take a large amount of time if applying to many different shaped parts) or altering the settings gradually under the mapping tab.

This is in inventor maybe somebody can tell you in SW.
I would use Decal. Offset a plane to your model place the image you want on it and then use decal.
