Do you mean you want to engrave the surface with that text? If so you can either open up a new sketch on the suface you want to engrave, if it's flat or use reference geometry to place a plane roughly around the top of this surface and use it to open up a new sketch, use the text tool to type out what ever needs to be engraved, you can select font size or styles etc and also position it where you want on that plane or surface, then simply use extruded cut to required depth so as to remove the profile of the text from the surface to create an engraving,

convert it to solid body. make changes by extrude , fillet and split. then convert back it to surface.
