Idea for Hand Hold Pin Insertion Tool

I'm amazed how well you can work with people here, so I ask my second question straight away.

this is quite complicated

I would like to insert small connection pins 6mm long and 0.77mm wide in a 1mm hole, not with tweezers but with a simple mechanical device.
So that the process just gets faster.
These pins are also spring loaded.

Solutions with viso systems and SCARA are an option, but at the moment the question is whether there is a possibility as part of a study project.

Many will certainly have more experience here and I would like to benefit from this and learn something!
