Inconsistent GrabCAD Community Library 3D Viewer Experience with MacBook and Safari

My GrabCAD library 3D Viewer experience is hit or miss while using Safari to navigate on different Apple/Mac products. For example, earlier this week I could browse models and use the 3D viewer on my MacBook in Safari, then yesterday only with an expanded model tree, and now not at all today. In the meantime, I can still review models on my iPAD in Safari just fine. Are there a cookies or popup menu settings or other items I can fix to consistently view GrabCAD community library models with my MacBook? I seem to cycle through this capability every couple of weeks.
