Is it possible to reduce the distance between an arc and its centre point. In creo 4.0

Hi There

So, here i am explaining the exact situation. Actually i am using creo 4.0. Working on drawing and the part has a arc which size is radius 1200mm and part size is quite small. So what i want to customise the location of centre in order to use a proper sheet size. Like we are using jog, Breck and reduce the length during dimension.

Hi. You can't move/relocate the center axis of you arc but you can "cut" the dimensions using a partial view.
In this case you can drag and make the dimensions how long you want/need.
