Hello guys, I have this design of telescopic gate and I need some help in constraining the parts and in the animation, the file is attached down below...

Well a lot of your constraints you have put in are wrong. secondly I cannot how your gate works, one is the gears but the second gate seems to be some sort of pulley system ?

Why dont you place the gates at the final position and make a few pictures then maybe we can help you.
