Not able to see the specification tree in CatiaV5

Hi i am not able to see the specification tree in any work benches of CatiaV5, i also activated in View>Specifications> or F3, but unable to find it. Any suggestions please.

Maybe it is to small, pres crtl and skrol your mouse wheel

press f3 , if it is small press on that tree and click on zoom
