PROBLEM WITH UPDATING EDUCATIONAL LICENSES
Good afternoon.
I work in a school and I have a problem with the updates of autocad 2018 and inventor 2018.
I have updated the license, but on some computers it keeps asking me for my email and password to activate.
I do not know what can be due.
I use educational license.
Can somebody help me?

I had a similar problem and i contacted to Autodesk. In the email they said that the system had troubles during this year with some educational licences by the SheerID system. If the reinstall doesnt work, i suggest that contact with Autodesk for validation of your educational licence.
